Limited Warranty Policy

Umbrella Frames

Galtech Market umbrellas are warranted for a period of 1 year from the original date of consumer
purchase. All auto tilt market umbrellas feature a premium 2-year frame warranty. Verification of
the date of the consumer purchase is required for product to qualify under Galtech’s warranty.
Galtech International warrants that these products shall be free from defects in workmanship and
materials under normal and reasonable use and proper assembly as follows:

What is covered?

• Warping, splitting or rotting of wood frames poles
• Rusting, discoloring or metal parts
• Broken Tilt Mechanisms, Broken Cables, Broken Cranks
What is NOT covered?
Damaged caused from wind conditions are not covered under any circumstances! Damage
indicative of wind includes broken ribs and bent aluminum poles. Bottom poles that are stripped
as a result of improper installation are not considered to be a warranty replacement.
Replacement of warranty items will be determined upon factory discretion.

To request warranty coverage for Galtech umbrellas purchased from us, please contact us at 805-773-6983  8AM to 5 PM Pacific time or email us at pat@apatiooutlet.com.  You will need to provide us with your invoice order number, date and description of problem.  If you do not have invoice number, we will need to the name of person who ordered the umbrella so we can pull the information from our system to match up the umbrella order information.  Email pictures of your damage too.


Covers

Covers are warranted against loss of strength from Normal exposure conditions for the following
duration:
Sunbrella: 3 Years
Suncrylic: 1 Years
Premium Olefin: 1 Year
Thatch: 1 Year
