Our Return Policies

Damage in Shipping

Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged.  We will arrange to have damaged item returned and replacement of the item you purchased shipped to you.  Please report the damage within 48 hours to our Customer Service Department   805-773-6983 (8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time) so that we may notify the shipping company of the damage and file the necessary damage claims.

Returns

We offer a 7 day return policy.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, call our Customer Service at  805-773-6983  8 AM to 5 PM Pacific or email us at   within 7 business days for a return approval and shipping instructions. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE  - ITEMS MARKED CLOSE OUT or SPECIAL BUYS  ARE NOT RETURNABLE - THEY ARE ALL FIRST QUALITY BUT LIMITED QUANTITY CLOSE OUT SALE ITEMS AND NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.  Customized, Special Order Fabric Umbrellas and Custom Made items can not be returned. FIM Side Post Umbrellas are not returnable or exchangeable - they are a Canadian based Import and the FIM Factory does not accept returns as the return Brokerage costs and shipping and handling would be prohibitive. Casita & Patio Mate Screen Rooms & Enclosures are not returnable. They are proudly made in the USA - 1st Quality but because of packing and shipping requirements - they must be shipped on pallet Commercial Truck Lines and because of this the Factory indicates return costs are too high and does not authorize returns.

We ship factory direct so returns will be to the Factory address provided in the return instruction.  Items will be subject to a factory  restocking charges of 15% - 20 % depending on the item. If you would like to know restocking fee on a specific prior to ordering, please call our our customer service number  or email us with the item number and name. All Items returned without approval are subject to a restocking charge of 20% and maybe refused at the factory.

Customers are responsible for returning the item.  Credit will be given for the price of the item only.  Unfortunately credit can not be given for Shipping Charges.  In the event that an item being returned was on a promotion with Free S&H,  the refund will be in the amount of the purchase of the item less our S&H cost to ship the item to the customer.  We also have promotional discounted shipping rates on many items - this promotional rate may not reflect the actual shipping and handling charges. For Actual S&H Cost, should you decide to return an item, you can call our customer service and we will be able to advise you on the S&H costs involved with shipping to you.

Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original packaging and in saleable condition.  Please properly package and insure the item so you may file a claim with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping.  Claims can not be made on items not properly and securely packaged.

Customized, Special Order Fabric Umbrellas and Custom Made items can not be returned.

Credit will be issued when we receive notification that the item has been received in good condition at the factory.

DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION - IT WILL BE REFUSED AND NO CREDIT ISSUED.
